At LANG+MENKE, professionals are at work, turning your ideas into products. Already in the development of the components needed, we place our years of experience, our comprehensive know-how and all the necessary technical development aids at the disposal of our customers.
During the design phase, we make our own in-house prototype production capabilities available to our customers. Our toolmakers then prepare the way for series production, using high-performance automatic cutting presses and multislide machines. And we are naturally in possession of relevant certifications in compliance with the specifications of the automotive industry and the environmental authorities.
We are able to process steel as well as precious and non-ferrous metals with sheet thicknesses up to 2.5 mm. Automatic cutting presses with a pressing force of up to 200 tonnes and a speed of up to 1,000 strokes per minute are used in the manufacture of our customers’ products.
Carbon steels undergo martensitic and bainitic hardening in our own continuous furnaces. At the end of the process chain, we offer automatic degreasing, surface finishing and customized packaging.
