Pursuant to § 7 (1) TMG [German Telemedia Act], we are, as a service provider, responsible for our own content on this website under the general laws of the land. Pursuant to §§ 8 to 10 TMG, we are, however, as a service provider, not obliged to monitor third-party information transmitted to or stored by us or to investigate such information in respect of circumstances which may indicate illegal activity, though this shall have no effect on our obligations pursuant to the general laws of the land to remove or block the use of information.
