Questions & answers
What exactly does "Made in Germany" mean for you?
For us, this is not just an empty marketing promise. Metal processing, plastic overmolding and final assembly all take place at our plant in Germany (Hemer / North Rhine-Westphalia). This saves on transportation and secures local jobs.
Does the tool rust when it gets wet?
No. We use high-quality, rustproof stainless steel. Your everyday hero will remain corrosion-resistant even in the rain on your bike or moisture in your bag.
Is the plastic really strong enough for tool applications?
Absolutely. We use a fiber-reinforced high-performance plastic that is also used in the automotive industry for highly stressed parts. The firm connection with the hardened stainless steel core (hybrid technology) makes the tool extremely break-resistant and durable.
Can I order the multitool as a promotional gift with my company logo?

Can I take the multitool with me on the plane?
As a rule, yes. As the tool does not have a sharp blade and the dimensions are very compact, it is usually accepted by the security checkpoint (TSA-compliant). However, as it is always up to the security staff to decide, we recommend stowing it in your checked baggage in the event of strict controls.
