at work, turning your ideas into products. Already in the development of the components needed, we place our years of experience, our comprehensive know-how and all the necessary technical development aids at the disposal of our customers.<\/p><p>During the design phase, we make our own in-house prototype production capabilities available to our customers. Our toolmakers then prepare the way for series production, using high-performance automatic cutting presses and multislide machines. And we are naturally in possession of relevant certifications in compliance with the specifications of the automotive industry and the environmental authorities.<\/p><p>We are able to process steel as well as precious and non-ferrous metals with sheet thicknesses up to 2.5 mm. Automatic cutting presses with a pressing force of up to 200 tonnes and a speed of up to 1,000 strokes per minute are used in the manufacture of our customers\u2019 products.<\/p><p>Carbon steels undergo martensitic and bainitic hardening in our own continuous furnaces. At the end of the process chain, we offer automatic degreasing, surface finishing and customized packaging.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div
